Who is Willamette Community Management?The principal of Willamette Community Management (formerly DLS Associates) is Dave Stubbs, former president of the Meadows at Timberhill homeowner's association. Dave has a profound understanding of the issues facing planned communities and their residents, and broad knowledge of the laws and policies that govern planned communities. Dave also has a deep fondness for The Meadows, and a desire to help it continue to be an exceptional community. What does Willamette Community Management do?Dave Stubbs and Willamette Community Management are the "office managers" for The Meadows at Timberhill. They send monthly statements, collect assessments, monitor delinquent bills, and ensure that the HOA's bank account is balanced. Dave monitors the condition of the community, and reports issues such as roof moss, bark dust erosion, and the like to the board. Dave also acts as the Board's day-to-day "eyes and ears", notifying owners or residents of any non-compliance with the HOA's CC&Rs or other problems that might need their attention.
