3. ARC Review (if any requests from Owners for architectural review/approval)
4. Report from Willamette Community Management
      - Status of delinquent accounts
      - Status of porch railing repairs
      - Status of roof and drywall repairs

Discussion/Decision Items:

1. Discussion of results of small claims court session, path forward
2. Status of and/or Discussion of and approval of revised Collection Resolution
3. Options to get adequate (quorum) proxy submission or attendence at the 2012 Annual Meeting
4. Re-confirmation that the next board meeting) will be on Monday, April 9 at 1:00 p.m. at Starbucks in the Timberhill Shopping Center
