MTHOA Wins Small Claims Cases against FRH Company LLC
After a protracted attempt to collect seriously delinquent assessments for ten units owned by FRH Company LLC, filed
two small claims actions to recover the money from FRH and/or Sean Keys. MTHOA prevailed in both cases, and was awarded $13,059.52 for back assessments, interest, penalties, court costs, and court-imposed prevailing party fee. MTHOA will now be pursuing collection of the monies owed.
