Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for MTH

This document governs the appearance and construction of residences, outbuildings, landscaping, and common land within The Meadows at Timberhill. It also governs behavior of residents. This document may be supplemented by various Board resolutions and City codes.

Landlords are required by Oregon state law to provide a copy of the CC&Rs and related documents to their tenants. A copy of the CC&Rs is given to all homeowners by the title company at closing.

Budget

The Board establishes a Budget for each fiscal (calendar) year. The budget directly affects your assessments, because the assessments are the source of funding for the Association's expenses (there's a very small amount of savings account interest that helps, too).

Fee Schedule

UPDATED December 2010! The Association charges fees for certain activities, to ensure that owners pay their fair share for things that affect only their properties. We encourage you to view the Fee Scheule.
